Refund and Exchange Policy
There is a 14 day period to return your product starting after the reception of the order.

1. No refund will be made without the original ticket.
2. You have to fill and send the refund and exchange form that you have recibed with your purcel with your full name and the reason why you are returning the product or you can down load it HERE.
3. Please assure that the original package and product is not damaged. El Rocio can cancel any exchange if the package is damage. (Exam. If you return a shoes, the box that contain the shoes must arrive to our office in perfect conditions, that’s mean without any labels or seals).
4. El Rocio will not refund or exchange any product until we have received the product and package in perfect condition in our warehouse. The amount refund will be the same as the original indicated product price. The estimated refund time will be 15 days since we recibe the product in our offices.
5. Accessories like earrings, flowers, combs, hats, shawls, hasn’t got any exchange or refund for hygiene reasons
6. Any custom made product or personalised product (made to special size, colour, with name…) will not qualify for return or refund – Act 45 - 7/1996 of 15 January Retail Law Act.
RETURNING AND COST:
Clients shall pay for returns or exchange expenses or cost.
Clients shall pay for returns or exchange CUSTOMS expenses or CUSTOMS cost. (Non EU, canary island..)
Cancellations are not allowed after you have confirmed the order. Please understand that all products that are custom made under the customers personal choice and elrocio.es will follow the measurements and instructions sent by the client.

If you want to exhange any item (only USA) you can use the same shipping methode (UPS) ar the same shipping rate.
